This work is from my watercolor weaving series. Most are individual watercolor paintings that I rip apart and weave into a new order. After I’m satisfied with the results, I often draw on the finished weaving , using various media – pen, India ink, pencil. The weavings represent a specific aspect of nature, sometimes my experience or my memory, other times the natural world and its hidden creatures.

Great work Becky! Just the kind of art Edie and I really like. Sorry we couldn’t make your Framingham show. Glad all is going well with you and am happy you are doing what you really like and are really good at!
Best wishes,
Christian
